The Role
This is a unique opportunity for a Security Manager to join Wilson Security, working with a prestigious Corporate client site. The successful candidate will have the responsibility for managing a very small team of six Security Officers and assume functional responsibility for overseeing the Security operations, ensuring development of relationships with key stakeholders.
The primary role of the Security Manager will include (but not limited to):
Providing high quality frontline customer service
Risk identification and conflict resolution
Managing a team of six employees
Client and tenant liaison
General security duties including administration tasks
Assessing all alarms, incidents or emergencies, then directing the appropriate response
Writing and implementing SOPs and contract management planThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Efficient written and verbal communication skills
A strong Customer Service Focus
Professional personal presentation
High degree of customer service experience
Initiative and the ability to multi- task
Understanding of Dynamic Security Principles
Solid experience in a similar supervisory role with strong Security background
Previous Corporate Building experienceAs a requirement of the position the successful candidate will have:
A current and valid Victorian Security Licence
The right to work in Australia
Intermediate computer literacy
Previous Supervisor OR Management experience
