A. Overall Purpose Of The Job
To drive regional travel security evacuation planning, operational and business development support to the Organization distribution channels in order to drive customer satisfaction and profitable growth.

B. Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Supporting the growth of the security business in South Asia through a focus on quality of service and support to sales and marketing efforts:
Providing local market, customer and competitor insight
Drive the security sales pipeline in conjunction with the Regional Security Manager Security
Solutions and regional/ local sales teams
Major focus on supporting the Indian outbound security business
Development of strong peer relationships with client companies operating in the region
Sales/bid team membership for significant new business or renewal opportunities
Identify and flag potential DNR risk amongst clients
Marketing activities in support of outbound initiatives and the broader APAC regional priorities
Contribute key SME input for developing regional client-specific solutions
Coordinate joint security opportunities and drive referrals to and from Control Risks
Support localisation initiatives

Operations and Information
Manage the TravelWatch - India team and participate in the 24/7 on-call operations coverage as appropriate
Monitoring and contributing to the Travel Security Online and Country Risks Forecasts reports and open sources and through daily interaction with the Regional Security Information Manager (RSIM).
Deploying as part of an Incident Management Team in APAC or globally in response to an incident where clients require on-the-ground assistance.

Security Consulting
Delivering Security Awareness Training and Evacuation Planning in English.

Required Work Experience
International (security) work experience in South Asia
Business development, consultancy and sales experience
Experience in security operations management: in military, government (officer or senior NCO), or private sector roles;
Experience in the planning, development and delivery of training

Required Qualifications
Knowledge of the political and security landscape of South Asia and APAC generally. Solid working knowledge of the broader regional and global security environment.
Undergraduate degree (or relevant professional training) in a field related to security or international relations studies.
Accreditation as a Certified Protection Professional by the American Society of Industrial Security or similar industry body is an advantage

Required Languages
Excellent spoken and written English.

Travel / Rotation Requirements
Travel dependant on business needs
