We are recruiting a:   Regional Security Manager m/f

Based in Levallois-Perret (92)

Your mission

To drive security revenue growth in the region and the sale and delivery of travel security training & consulting services through both International SOS and Control Risks distribution channels, in order to drive customer satisfaction and profitable growth.

Operational Deployment & Case Management

For the largest region in the organisation, covering West Africa, the Maghreb, Europe and CIS :


Join the duty roster of the Regional Security Centre, including out-of-hours.


Manage travel security cases to the highest levels of customer satisfaction.


Maintain awareness of the regional security situation.


Integrate into the Regional Security Centre to manage operational crises and evacuations in West Africa


Lead or deploy as part of an Incident Management Team in response to an incident where clients require on-the-ground assistance.


Contribute to maintaining country evacuation plans and the operational preparedness of the Regional Security Centre.


Contribute to building a network of high quality security service providers working closely with regional Control Risks offices and the Global Assistance Network teams in Int SOS.


Training and Consulting


Oversee the delivery of travel security training and consulting throughout the region.


Develop and execute sales support strategies for travel security evacuation planning, travel risk management consulting and security training services in line with International SOS’ and Control Risks’ business objectives.


Maintain and develop a pool of consultants from within the Strategic Alliance and outside to support delivery of training and consulting tasks.


Manage the development of proposals and service delivery contracts fortraining and consulting services in conjunction with other stakeholders. Manage security input into complex tenders and negotiations.


Provide security guidance and input into the creation and delivery of all type of personal travel risk awareness programmes, including online solutions.


Provide guidance and input into the creation and delivery of Travel Risk Management consulting solutions and Travel Security Evacuation Plans (TSEP).


Lead, with other stakeholders, on the integration and alignment of joint venture travel security consulting services with Control Risks consulting services in the region, especially Crisis and Security Consulting, and Control Risks security training services.
Innovate in the field of evacuation planning & travel risk management consulting to better meet the needs of International SOS and Control Risks clients



Your Profile

You are fluent in English. French or German would be a strong plus.

Undergraduate degree (or relevant professional training) in a field related to security or international relations studies

International (security) work experience

Business development, consultancy and sales experience

Extensive experience within the region, including relevant language skills and work experience
Experience in security operations management: in military, government (officer or senior NCO), or private sector roles
