Being a member of the Global Security Services Management Team
The opportunity to play an active and important role in establishing Security Services globally as the banks’ security provider
Focus on global consistent processes, standards and policies for Travel Security, Event Security, Executive Protection and Intelligence
Developing global standards and policies for business travelers
Assessment of physical protection for Executives and provide intelligence on political unrest/civil disturbances that may affect the bank
Risk assessment of major events and allocation of Security
Provide travelers with a safe and secure working environment while travelling on business
Assess the ‘all hazard’ threats of an event and where necessary implement security measures to mitigate risk according to our global standards and the respective local laws and regulations
Protect the individual from physical danger, threats or disruption of their activities
Establish and maintain Security network in order to assess potential risks in advance and implement appropriate measures in a timely manner

10+ years of extensive international experience in Executive Protection, Security, Safety and Emergency Management
Profound knowledge in open source intelligence
A track record of establishing productive, collaborative relationships in a large organization and externally with peers and other security, government, law enforcement, intelligence and business organizations
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to create global teams with high performance culture
Risk assessment experience
Strong understanding of good governance practices and management controls within the context of a security organization
Awareness of Global travel risk and associated security advisories
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with all levels of Senior management and outside parties
Willingness to travel internationally
Fluent in both written & spoken English & German
