Qualifications, technical knowledge, experience and skill required to provide Emergency Management (EM) services. 
Services and experience include receiving calls, monitoring alarm and detection systems, radio transmissions, performing required notifications, dispatching appropriate response, and recording all dispatching activities.
Handles in Coming Emergency Calls (Police, Fire, and Medical) from Panic or Disturbed Individuals
Records and Dispatch Emergency Calls to responding emergency forces
Remain calm and think before dispatching unit’s short critical information about the emergency to responding forces.
Monitors CCTV and Security Sensors Cameras and Alarms
Monitors Fire and Security Alarms and Detection Systems
Evaluates, Trouble Shoots, and Resets Alarms and Detection Systems
Monitors Building Fire Suppression Systems
Monitors and Maintain Recording Stations and Appliances for Installation Security Forces
Monitors and Maintain Base Radio Communications ELMER System Multi Channel / Frequency System.
Maintain security of the EOC
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Publisher, etc.
Maintain log journals and recording ledgers.
Maintain good public appearance and display professional mannerism with the public
Practice good OPSEC and Force Protection procedures and Department of Defense Security Instructions.


Qualifications: 
Be U.S. Citizen and able to speak Romanian language.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
This position will be in Romania.


Required Skills
Telecommunicator I and II certification

Required Experience
