Job Description
Quality assurance and logistics functions related to the inspection, storage, receiving, issuing and testing. Functions that affect explosives safety during handling, storage, transportation, maintenance, use, and disposal of military munitions. Core functions of inspecting and determining the reliability of the Army’s military munitions stockpile, inspecting and monitoring military munitions-related operations for compliance with explosives safety requirements, and protecting the Army’s war fighting assets and the public from unnecessary exposures to explosives hazards.
Basic Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10 - 12years of applicable experience,
Certified Munitions Inspector and/or award of SEI 836;
USAF Munitions Technical School/ US Service Equivalent. Other Job Requirements - Security Clearance Required. Preferred Qualifications - Military or Contractor on the battlefield experience;
Successful CONOPS/International assignment.
