About Your Job:
Your responsibility as a Security Supervisor is to oversee and supervise security operations at Hamad International Airport(HIA) by establishing a security culture and team objective. You will also be a liason among QR security operation at HIA and coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with local regulations, instructions and procedures issued by Vice President Group Security. In additional, you also produces security shift report and report to duty manager, implement disciplinary and encourage staffs of personal development and growth of expertise.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you must hold a diploma or associate degree or equivalent of the qualifications in security or relevant area with minimum 5 year expertises of supervising in aviation security operation environment.
Moreover, you are required to have good command in English along with MS Office applications as well as general security and airline operations.
