Summary: 
The Security Scheduler is responsible for performing training center security and scheduling related requirements. Security requirements include performing as the Site Security Manager, Activity Security Monitor, and Computer System Security Officer. Scheduling duties include scheduling training activities to support the wing/local squadrons simulation and academic classroom training to meet objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Funtions as the Site Security Manager, Activity Security Monitor, and Computer System Security Officer, Personnel Security Manager, Information Security Manager, Physical Security Manager, and Information System Secruity Representative.
Monitors MTC activities to ensure compliance with security SOPs
Provides alarm response
Escorts uncleared visitors
Coordinates with active duty units and instructors to build MTC training schedules
Coordinates with active duty units and instructors distributed mission operations (DMO) schedules
Schedules academic training events
Publishes monthly and weekly schedules as needed with updates as they occur
Develops security Standard Operating Proceedrues (SOPs)

Work Environment :

The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment.
During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.

Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
High School degree or GED required
Three years experience with training center security procedures, COMPUSEC and COMSEC programs, and Special Access Programs
Three years experience with fighter training scheduling procedures for multiple weapons systems
Currently holds a DoD Top Secret security clearance
Meets Special Compartmentalized Information (SCI) DCID 6/4 standards
