Job Description
You will be responsible to effectively and efficiently manage the security function of the hotel so that its guests, associates, operations, and assets are protected and secure. The Security Manager position serves as the Functional Head of the Hotel Security Department and is responsible for all safety and security matters at the property. This position will serve as the Security Advisor to the General Manager and the hotel Leadership Committee for all security related matters of Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences Emirates Pearl.
You should be able to demonstrate the essential knowledge, skills and abilities of managing a hotel security program on a daily basis, and competency in supervising and directing all aspects of the security operations at the hotel. Qualifications Ideally with a professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security. Minimum 2 years work experience as Security Manager, or Assistant Security Manager in larger operation. Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills are a must.
