Job Description:
Well aware of AAA's security guidelines and standards.
Establish security clearance on daily basis through enquiring into the situation with police, national directorate of security, local people, local drivers and other sources of credible information.
Maintain timely communication to the line manager and all staff through Situation Reports and advisories.
Maintain regular contact with the team/field movements and sub base of AA for constant vigilance and provide timely advice in line with AA's security rule and regulations.
Follow up restriction of movements, in cases of crisis, until improvement in the security situation.
Provide fleet data on staff movement within the city and report on monthly basis to line manager.
Staff tracking on daily basis and on the missions.

Follow up maintenance of communication tools and equipment through daily check of their functioning
Responsible to assist Admin/Finance Coordinator when required.

Administration of security guards and drivers and maintain call sign standards for all staff and locations

Monitor security guards’ and drivers work to enquire about security information through rules and procedures of security policy.
Monitor the work of drivers during the day through radio communication system, as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.

Organizing fleet movements for staff to travel in the field offices

Follow up regular and routine staff transportation.
Organize transport for daily office needs
Maintain record of all movements of vehicles with departure and arrival timings.

Preparation of Guards and drivers timetable.


Job Requirements:

Baccalaureate education (12th Class)
Fluency in both oral and written Dari/Pashto and good in English.
At least two years experience in similar position.
Ability to work under pressure.
Humanitarian motivation.
Emotionally mature.
Team player.
Understanding and sensitivity to cross cultural issues.
Flexible and adaptable to ever changing environments.
Driving, skills in attending to minor repairs and
Troubleshooting including flat tire etc.
Have understanding of safe driving, defensive driving and
familiarity with traffic rules and regulations
