Security and Fraud Manager - Online Gaming
We are seeking an organised and focused candidate to join a growing international office based in Limassol as a Security and Fraud Manager. The company has presence internationally within the Online gaming industry and they are recruiting due to a recent growth within the brand.
Duties & Include:
Managing department of approx. 10 people (recruiting, mentoring, training)
Issuing Payments (investigate money-in money-out transactions, handling withdrawals, dealing with KYC).
Real time monitoring of user transactions and reporting on suspicions accounts.
Implementation and control of all internal and regulatory Fraud and Risk procedures
Reporting to the Anti-Money Laundering officer on all AML issues
Handle complaints sent to the regulator
Take appropriate measures to reduce fraud and decrease the chargeback ratio.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
Relevant experience in the Fraud sector preferably within the online gaming industry
Management experience with strong organizational and time management skills
Motivated and hands on team player
Ability to prioritize the key activities of the department and to implement changes.
Fluent in English
