The Client
Our client is a leading consultancy providing geological information to a range of global investment companies seeking opportunities for infrastructure and social projects across the region.
The Role
You will work in a global team to advise on current and emerging security and resilience threats within the GCC/North African region. At present this principally encompasses Israel/Palestine, Egypt and Yemen, although on occasion you will advise on other countries as required. The Advisor will be responsible for monitoring of threat trends; responding to incoming Requests for Information; developing regional networks; reporting of on the ground situations; and the preparation of monthly reports, including the maintenance of situational reports, travel tracking programs & security dashboards. The successful candidate will also have input into the development of regional and country specific physical security risk assessments, contingency plans, and travel plans as part of a cross-disciplinary matrix managed team.

- Strong self-starter to develop and grow the role
- Able to work in a cross-disciplinary team environment
- Based in Egypt
- Ability to travel internationally
- Analytical capability
- Fluent proficiency in Arabic
- Ability to write and brief clearly to senior executives in English
- Strong source network
