Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager coordinates the provision of contractual and ad hoc security services to customers within the designated region, in compliance with legislation, Company policies and procedures, to ensure achievement of budgeted financial targets.
Duties
Effective management of the regional financial performance
Effective management of staff especially that the allocated staff meet the customer requirements in terms of service delivery
Management of operations to ensure service delivery, customer retention and quality management
Effective management of the business development function in line with new business identification, competitor evaluation and involvement in the community and business forums
