Consultant - Security Management Review

We are  seeking bids from an independent expert in order to review organisational security management systems policies and procedures. This is expected to take place over 15 days starting at the beginning of July, with the report to be finalised by 15th September 2016.

Scope of the work:

Following an independent external audit of organisational Security Management arrangements in July 2014, organization wishes to commission a piece of work to review our security management system. The 2014 exercise used the EISF Security Audit format and results were presented to the Board of organization. The 2016 Review will encompass organization’s security management policy, procedures and practice, and ongoing management, looking at how far the organisation has implemented the 2014 Audit recommendations and what further work needs to take place.

Methodology:

Interviews/meetings with key individuals will take place across the organisation and will include those with responsibility for security management at different levels. Review of relevant documentation, including country security plans and the security framework.

This work is expected to take 15 days including presentation back to the Management Team at a meeting on 29thSeptember and to the Board of Trustees at an away day on 5th October 2016.
