A Successful candidate should have:
Associate's Degree or higher or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 or more years related experience.
OHS training is an advantage, English speaking and written skills.
Computer literate, basic ability to identify threats, compile evaluations/assessment documents, presentation skills.
Good communication skills, first aid qualified.
With valid UAE Driver's License.
With valid DPS Security Manager License.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
This specialty covers those activities related to establishing a social and physical environment wherein people on premises may be free from fear and, thereby, contribute to the quality and excellence of the IFA Secure Operations. This includes: the protection of life and property, preservation of peace and good order in the community, enforcement of rules and regulations, emergency management, planning, facility and data security, and community outreach.
Maintains effective work relationships with executive staff and/or legislators.
Directs programs through subordinate assistant- managers.
Significant independence in decision-making.
Achievement of assigned goals and objectives.
Responsible for staff development and leadership.
Achievement of assigned goals and objectives.
Responsibilities include management of fire protection and/or occupational safety and health programs.
