Assistant Security Manager oversees the daily operations and activities of all Security/Emergency personnel. Also assigns or delegates to be assigned all specific works, projects, administrative duties, tasks, inspections, and training assignments. Conducting CCTV surveillance within the Command Center, document, record and respond to any violations.
Key Resonsibilities
Responsible for the coordination of security operations, as well as managing and trainings.
Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments and to delegate work.
Ability to direct the performance of Security staff and follow up with corrections and/or discipline where needed.
To maintaining a safe environment, maintaining the peace, and acting on any actual violations of local, county, or municipal code, as well as any violation of EMAAR Policy & Procedures.
Must be able to solve practical problems quickly and efficiently when the need arises.
Must effectively respond to questions and concerns raised by EHG, top management, customers and security staff as well.
Evaluate needs of locations and coordinates work assignments.
Assists in conducting monthly meetings.
Keeps abreast of current trends in the Security, Emergency Service, and Safety Standard.
Assessing performance of the entire security personnel’s per company guidelines.
