South East Asia Security Head (Bangkok/Singapore)

Job description

The successful candidate will work within the Cepsa Security team developing, overseeing and coordinating the Security Management System for CEPSA Projects and Facilities in the South East Asia Region.

His/her main responsibilities will be to:
Implement the Global Security Plan (GSP).
Assist for establishing and managing a comprehensive and proactive security program that employs a risk-based approach to the protection of employees, assets, information technology and the organization’s reputation.
Support for conducting security audits globally as directed by CEPSA Corporate Security Department , ensuring that risks and threats to the Company’s assets are clearly identified and that appropriate cost-effective measures to protect such assets are recommended to Business Unit and Divisional Management
Provide technical support to the direct superior, Asset Managers, Project Managers and other internal departments according with GSP.
Supervise daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Update contact list including monthly update of contacts details on departmental Business Continuity Plan.
Collaborate to ensure all security procedures are appropriately archived, updated and classified in accordance with CEPSA regulations and procedures.
Collaborate to ensure policy, standards and guidelines relating to security, crisis management and information protection are implemented across the assets as directed by CEPSA security area.
Provide proper intelligence advice and maintain information of security related different sources (including concept, development, etc.) in the Region.

Desired Skills and Experience
Security Association qualification or Bachelor's degree; Security Master Degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years` experience required at Direction/Management level and in coordinating projects in Security Industry. Oil & Gas experience preferred and experience of working in the South East Asia Region.
Proficient in MS Office
Fluent in English and good understanding of other regional languages.
