Primary Function:
Liaise between the U.S. Government and Contractor personnel on all contract performance issues and to troubleshoot problems. Actively support and uphold the Company’s stated vision, mission, and values.
Essential Functions:
Acts as the designated head of the project management staff
Has full authority to act for the Contractor on all matters relating to daily operations
Provides overall direction and management of the project
Monitors on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations, and monitors risks/problems and helps develop options to resolve them
May serve in a guard position during surge operations or planned absences of other team members
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have a valid and current Top Secret Security Clearance with eligibility for SCI
Shall be familiar with applicable U.S. military regulations and host nation laws
Shall have worked during the past five (5) years in security, law enforcement administration, or operations in the armed forced, civilian police, or commercial security agencies
Must have proven security management experience
Must be able to pass a physical fitness test (20 pushups in 2 minutes, 25 sit-ups in 2 minutes, and 1 mile in under 10 minutes)
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening; position is also subject to random drug screening throughout the course of employment
Present a neat and clean appearance
Basic or Advanced Certification as a Security Guard is preferred
Certification as an Electronic Security System Operator is highly desirable
Current Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred
If prior military, must have an honorable discharge
Must have a current driver’s license
Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation
Must be able to pass a physical approving candidate for overseas work
Must be able to meet the physical requirements dictated by project requirements
