Job Description

Participate in security assessment, Planning and developing security guideline.
Reviewing the security situation on daily bases with all the team members in the provinces and Head Office.
Conduct weekly security meeting with Head Office Team leaders.
Participate actively in crises management team.
Liaise all security related issues with Police, legal offices and other entities.
Coordinate security related leaves with Human Resource team.
Weekly security risk assessment based on ESP2 format

Controlling all security affairs of organization
Active participation of in evacuation of international and national staffs based on MSI standard protocol
Coordination of security, transport task with other team members.
Plan, implement and evaluate a robust security program within the organization in order to create a pro-active security culture within the MSIA
Coordinate security training for MSIA staff with other NGOs such as ANSO and others.
Check regularly security check of MSI:A transport routes
Assist in security mapping of the new areas and provinces to identify long term effect to MSIA program
Maintain active IT and communication tools for security
Maintain good relationship with stakeholders
Ensure all visitors update receive security briefing
You are responsible to supervise of all the security personnel activities by reviewing security guards reports on daily basis and through surprise visits of each locations of MSIA.
Daily checking ANSO security email and messages and take necessary action and measures to communicate, with senior team in new security trends and alerts.
Review reported incidents and carry out trend analysis.
Attend Monthly and weekly security meeting in ANSO office.
Arrange and provide effective training programs to security personnel
Ensure the MSIA complies with all relevant, current legislation in all matters relating to security matters


Job Requirements
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant area


Experience:
Minimum of 3 years project management experience in Security/ Transport, programme in Afghanistan.
Demonstrated experience in leading Security activities with strong context in Afghanistan.
Ability to coordinate complex security situations
Proven ability to lead and support project teams and work effectively with multiple stakeholders
Sensitivity to women’s health issues and awareness of social needs in Afghanistan (or similar context).
