Our client is a multinational logistics and forwarder located at Lantau Island with 5 days’ work urgently looking for a Security Manager to join their company with details as follows:
Responsibilities:
Formulate strategies and implementing programs for the delivery of security services
Provide direction to the subcontractors to maintain a high level of preparedness for effective response to emergencies and major incidents
Develop, implement and monitor the integrity and compliance of the Security Program and ensure it meets the required standards
Oversee the management of security operations, including strategic planning, directing, organizing and controlling
Communicate and co-ordinate with Government Departments on all security related policies or procedures
Monitor the investigation on all irregularity cases and make recommendations to rectify the situation
Manage the day-to-day operations of Security and monitor the performance of security contractors in the execution of the terminal security operations
Develop contingency plans to cater for security incidents
Ensure the security training has been well-delivered to concern parties
Requirement:
University Graduate in related discipline
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Security Operation including 5 years at management level
Experience in Aviation related business would be beneficial
Able to display a strong presence and influence on all levels both internally and externally
Excellent command of Chinese and English
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Salary negotiable depends on qualifications & experience.
