ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), is inviting suppliers of services to submit offers for each batch for the following description of the services for the award of One year Framework Contract:
Description :
Batch1 Organization of one training/induction session during two days on humanitarian individual security for the ACTED‘s staff before their departure on field mission (similar to 1B advanced personal security training). The supplier shall provide a land near Paris, prepare learning/training modules, provide trainers/instructors in order to implement the induction session and provide the materials and equipment requested for the induction session.
Batch 2 Transport cost of 15 persons per session on average from Paris city center to the provided land
Contract duration : 1 year Framework Contract

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

All bids must be submitted before on 23/12/2015 at 18:00 at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on 28/12/2015 at 12:00 in the ACTED HQ office in Paris, 33 rue Godot de Mauroy, 75009, Paris. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
