The Role
Based in Melbourne or Sydney, Transfield Services have the opportunity for a security leader to fill the new role of Executive Manager, Security Risk and Resilience. Reporting directly to the Senior Enterprise Risk and Business Resilience Manager, the primary purpose is to provide significant thought leadership support in security risk management while assisting Transfield Services in implementing its crisis management and business continuity program to build resilience against negative events.

The Requirements
Develop, maintain and implement group security policies
Advise and assist the business to develop and implement security management plans
Oversee the identification, selection and management of outsourced security services
Develop and maintain an effective security intelligence capability
Liaise and manage our internal and external security stakeholders
Develop and maintain a security incident reporting process and investigation capabilities
Carry out security risk assessments for corporate offices and projects
Provide input into bids and tenders on security related matters including country risk assessments
Maintain appropriate links with law enforcement authorities
Provide a consultancy and education service to all levels of the organisation in crisis management and business continuity

Position Requirements

Relevant risk, crisis management and business continuity related experience
Demonstrated ability to work with people from a wide range of cultural, religious, social and linguistic backgrounds
An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex and often stressful environment with multiple stakeholders
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, and demonstrated IT skills
Ability to obtain an Australian Federal Police check as well as having full working rights in Australia
