The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Health & Safety and Security; the successful candidate will lead and direct the development of a group security function. This will be involve the implementation and rolling evaluation of risk prevention and mitigation programs to ensure a secure working environment, physical security and fixed & intellectual assets protection
The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction establishing best practice through close collaboration with internal and external stake holders. You will support the development and implementation of controls through developing strategies and policies in line with Almarai business needs. An effective communicator and influencer, you will have a verifiable track record within a similar role enabling the business and appropriate managers to discharge their responsibilities
This position is likely to suit an existing corporate security advisor. Experience as a corporate security advisor at senior management level in a multinational organization is highly desirable
Essential or desirable requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in security management related filed
Membership of a security related professional body such as CSyPS
Minimum 10 years experience working with a proven track record in security management
Demonstrable communication, analytical , critical thinking& influencing skills
