Reports to: UWA SHE and Security Manager
Main Purpose
This is a role in charge of driving forward and developing security strategies and standards in line with the group security vision.
Main Accountabilities
This is a role in charge of driving forward and developing security strategies and standards in line with the group security vision.
The ASM will have a good knowledge of the security function and will filter information / instructions to the 3P security personnel and continue to develop the internal / external security network through collaboration and training. Ensuring that the security travel policy is understood and followed.
The ASM needs to align strategies to the business risk which must remain dynamic in order to meet emerging and future challenges, ensuring that the Unilever security measures are adequate to protect the business in line with the global security guidelines ensuring safeguarding of people, product and property. All employees, contractors, suppliers, visitors in Head office, 3Ps.
The ASM will continually asses threats, risks and vulnerabilities across all Unilever premises and take actions
Key Skills
Relevant Experience
Essential
Needs to have a full appreciation of the professional skills base and working knowledge relevant to Safety, Security and Continuity
Preferred
Needs to have basic appreciation of all supply chain general / cross-functional professional skills
At least 1-4 years general business / functional experience
Appropriate functional business experience in planning, audit, communications or supply chain with a proven track record of connecting in multi-functional forums, business process improvement and team leadership
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
