Responsibilities:
The Interdiction Task Order is seeking an individual to coordinate security activities for the Interdiction Compounds in Kabul, Afghanistan.
Supervise the Security Unit staff which consists of Local National (LN) and Foreign National (FN) employees.
Coordinates movements and protocols with the security provider.
Oversees vendor access control coordination and security escorts.
Responsible for coordinating and tracking the vetting of LN employees with the Regional Security Officer (RSO).
Responsible for coordinating and tracking Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) processing for FN employees.
May develop and maintain computerized spreadsheets and databases to enter information and generate reports; may produce, revise, or refine formal presentation materials, using presentation software
Maintain inventory of all security assets to include body armor, weapons, ammunition and radio inventory.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Three years’ experience in high level administrative functions.
One year experience in an OCOUNS environment.
Preferred experience working in law enforcement or security.
Preferred supervisory experience.
Familiarization with DoS/DoD security procedures and policies preferred.
Excellent report writing capabilities.
Familiarization with Microsoft Office.
Must be able to obtain an MRPT.
Must be a US Citizen
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
