The successful candidate will have:
Current Victorian Security License
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience leading large teams and multiple teams
Experience with OHS issues and management
Enthusiastic and positive approach
Experience in a management role with an operational focus
Human Resource Management experience
Ability to liaise with senior clients and various stakeholders

Duties include:
Oversee day to day operation of busy location
Provide leadership and direction to teams
Monitor performance
Ensure agreed performance criteria is achieved for client
