Physical Security.
Incident Management.
Emergency Planning and Business Continuity.
Information Protection.
Security Education/Awareness and Special Program.
Supervising the security guard force.
Investigating reported security incidents occurring within premises.
Conducting threat and risk analyses at each site to identify potential issues.
Monitoring internal control systems to ensure appropriate access levels and security clearances are maintained.
Frequently interacting with functional management, executives, law enforcement agencies and suppliers, etc.
Conducting site visits to ensure a visible security presence and to assist with the identification of potential issues.
Overseeing the day-to-day security program, which may include supervising outsourcing security guards and ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures?
Managing traffic way for overall premises.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in law, Political Science or any related fields.
At least 6-8 years’ experience in law enforcement, security, safety or intelligence and security / risk analysis.
Extensive experience in managing and conducting security operations including physical security, investigations, personal protection and crisis management.
Skilled Fire Commander and Advanced Fire Fighting.
Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver results.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with the government.
Be able to communicate in English, at least 550 of TOEIC score is required.
