We are looking for a Security Manager
Bachelor's degree holder, Security background and experience either in hotels or police/military
To direct and control the security and safety systems at the hotel, in order to maximize safety of guests and employees and minimize loss from theft, arson or otherwise, damage to company asset.
Direct all investigations regarding theft or damage of property and personal injury/accidents occuring in the hotel.
Maintain good liason with Civil law enforcement agencies, fire departments. Coordinate with external agencies for all special security requirements.
Ensure compliance with policies, systems and procedures relating to security and emergency situations (Bomb threats, evaluation Etc.,)
Review the efficiency of all surveillance and fire systems in the unit and recommend improvements.
Establish an on going process for fire prevention and fire security training in the hotel.
Ensure that all security operations are in accordance with the management policy and courteous service is accorded to all guest.
Stay informed of the latest amendments in civil/criminal laws. Technological advances in surveillance and safety equipment.
