Responsible for all the security operations.
Plans and schedules the day to day activities of all security personnel to ensure that all the hotel areas are properly and adequately secured at all times.
Will help solve any problems between hotel and outside security agencies.
Interact and cooperate with all departments of the hotel, especially duty managers.
Personally supervises the intelligence of the hotel and keeps a source of information from all the departments of the hotel.
Identifies training needs and develops formal training plans, implements training sessions.
Receive and accompany the Security agencies for inspection matters.
Fully responsible for the security staff breaks and ensures that the timings are strictly adhered to as mentioned in the schedule.
Responsible for the maintenance and recording of the security camera and follow on any maintenance request.
Receive and follow on the patrolling printout sheet and report the observations/discrepancies to the concerned department for rectification.
Help solve the problems arising between guests and the staff including security staff.
Will be of the fire fighting team and will take all necessary actions according to the situations in case of emergency.
Will not allow any unauthorized employees to enter the hotel through the lobby or any other entrance other than security centre.
Will maintain the key registers properly.
Direct all investigations regarding theft or damage of property and personal injury occurring with the hotel.
Maintain good liaison with Civil law enforcement agencies Fire department.
Comply with Hotel Rules and Regulations and provisions contained in the Employment Handbook.
Comply with Company Grooming Standards.
Comply with Time and Attendance Policies.
Actively participate in training and development programs and maximize opportunities for self development.
Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety.
Familiarize yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures.
Ensure all security incidents, accidents and near misses are always logged in a timely manner and brought to the attention of the Line Manager.
Conduct Risk Assessment Periodically and ensure identified risks are managed and controlled.
Attend the monthly FLS Action Plan committee meeting and raise and deliberate with committee on any HSE issues.
In cooperation with the Group HSE function, assist with the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the HSE management system, programs and processes.
