Duties: The Administrative Assistant is directly responsible for maintaining general oversight of the security administrative functions in support of the Justice Sector Support Program personnel, to include: * Maintain administrative files for their immediate supervisor or department.


Compose correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents independently or from transcribing machines, notes, or general instruction from supervisor and staff.
Receive and screen callers with complaints or problems and directs them to the appropriate party for disposition
Make appointments, coordinates meetings, and schedules conference rooms for supervisors and staff
Assist in arranging hotel and airline reservations and local travel plans for supervisors and staff
May develop and maintain computerized spreadsheets and databases to enter information and generate reports; may produce, revise, or refine formal presentation materials, using presentation software
Schedule appointments and maintain daily calendar of immediate supervisor. Track all incoming/outgoing FedEx shipments.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three years’ experience in high level administrative functions, with a focus on operational workflow.
One year experience in an OCONUS environment
Must be able to be medically cleared to perform on contract
Must be able to obtain a Moderate Risk Public Trust Certificate (MRPT)
