SOF Trainers , Middle East


Location: Amman Jordan

We are hiring SOF trainers for a contract in Amman Jordan (KASOTC)

We are hiring and staffing a team of former SOF Operators for a training contract at the KASOTC (Link to information about the KASOTC. KASOTC.com www.kasotc.com) north of Amman Jordan to train students in basic and advanced SOF tasks. The contract will be for 13 months with a one month phase-in followed by a 12 month in country Period of Performance with a hard start date for pre-deployment training of 21 September through 25 September and deployment immediately after on 26 September to Amman Jordan. 
Training will begin at KASOTC the second week of October after the students arrive.
• Contractor personnel shall all be able to pass and maintain the physical standards of the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) for their age categories due to strenuous training conditions and expectation to serve as mentors and model the discipline expected of a professional Special Operations soldier.
• Contractor personnel shall have at least three (3) years’ experience in their subject matter expertise and possess expert knowledge in the subjects that they will be teaching. Contractors shall have previous theater experience and recent experience (within 5 years) training partner nation Special Operations forces. Contractor personnel shall have at least three (3) years’ experience as an operator in a special mission unit, Combatant Commander’s In Extremis Force (CIF), and/or Special Forces ODA.

Highly preferred skills and experience are:
• Experience as an operator in a special mission unit.
• Combatant Commander’s In Extremis Force (CIF) and/or Special Forces ODA and have advanced Direct Action, CQB combat experience in the CENTCOM AOR.
• Special Forces Advanced Reconnaissance Targeting and Exploitation Course (SFARTAEC).
• All trainers will also have experience within the last five (5) years conducting training in theater with partner force Special Operators and/ or conducting operations targeting high value individuals or targets (HVTs)
• Ranger Qualified
• Squad Leader or above from the 75th Ranger Regiment
• Special Forces Advanced Urban Combat (SFAUC)
• Special Operations Target Interdiction Course (SOTIC)
• Experience teaching mounted/mobility operations and High Performance Tactical Driving (BSR or equivalent level experience).
