Job Description
We are looking for a Security Project Managers on a permanent basis in Jubail and Al Qatif in Saudi to provide security expertise, be able to produce site risk assessments: site security plans, be responsible for the management and implementation of security recommendations, be capable of conducting compliance checks: ensuring continued compliance using system performance techniques and attending client meetings, ensure services are conducted in line with the Framework Agreement and that KPIs are achieved, ensure adequate and timely responses to incidents and customer requirements, be the site management contact for all security matters and other duties in line with the role.
Essential Criteria:
Proven track record in a security management position
Educated to degree level or equivalent in a security, risk or business subject
Able to build good working relationships within all levels of the organisation
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Able to manage conflict and people management issues within the HR framework
Self-driven, results orientated
Structured planner with ability to critically assess and reassess on an ongoing basis
Demonstrates ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement
Saudi nationals will only be considered for this role
