Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall operations
To establish and maintain liaison links with the police and all clients
To supervise the control room/communication room in the security department
To coordinate with clients, making contracts or agreement matters relating to security guards
Ensure security operations in compliance with the estate rules, policies & procedures and regulations as set by the Company
Review and revise the operational procedures and processes
Perform inspection and prepare reports when needed
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above with at least 8 years’ experience in security service, in which 3 years at supervisory level gained
Possess the Train-the-Trainer qualification is preferred
High level of ethical behavior and integrity
Excellent leadership with practical knowledge and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical mind with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented and able to work under pressure
Good spoken English and Cantonese
Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
Immediately available is preferred
