Job Introduction:

One of our clients is currently looking for a Female Security Coordinator to support the Country Head of Security in running the day to day security operation of one of the leading bank in the UAE.

Role Responsibility:
Manage all the government related transaction such as arranging police inspection, license renewal and clearances.
Work closely with the Government Relations Office (GRO) in completing submission and relevant documentation on all government related application.
Assist the GRO Department in arranging police inspections for all the branches across the UAE in a timely manner.
Assist the Country Head of Security in facilitating security trainings.
Assist the Country Head of Security and Health and Safety Manager in conducting evacuation drills.
Manage the day to day operation and attendance of security guards and ensure the smooth execution of their assignments.
Manage all other government related papers, submissions for CRES UAE such as local municipality and civil defense approvals in timely manner.
Assist the Country Head of Security in implementing group policies for the protection of sensitive and proprietary information held in hard copy format.
Remain flexible and available to provide security and government related assistance to the bank personnel at all times anywhere in the country.
A flexible approach to the planning to meet requirements for all branches in time.

The Ideal Candidate:
Diploma / Degree in any discipline from a reputable university
Minimum of 5 years work experience in administration, government relations and/or security services.
Proven experience and knowledge in processing government related transactions.
Candidates with security experience from banking / financial services industry will be given preference
Strong administration and reporting skills.
Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
