As part of our activities in Ukraine, we are looking for a Security Advisor.
Under the direct supervision of Logistics Coordinator, s/he is supporting the logistics department in the development of a security protocol and implementation of security procedures and tools on the mission.
S/he actively participates in issuing the adequate and timely recommendations on safety and security management based on the best practices.
The Security Advisor trains national staff on security procedures and ensures they are applied according to Organization standards.

The Security Advisor trains national staff on security procedures and ensures they are applied according to Organization standards.
Safety and Security: He/She assists the Head of Mission with safety management. He/She is directly responsible of the daily, concrete aspects of the mission’s safety management.
Functioning of the bases: He/She supports the teams in case of redeployment/installation/rehabilitation/ closing of bases, as well as the evacuation of the team should it be necessary.
Training and experiences:
Bac + 2 to + 5 (SECURITY/ procurement)
2 year of work in the field (security advisor)
Experience in security management
Familiarity with the procedures of institutional backers (ECHO, UN agencies etc)
Familiarity with stock procedures
Languages:
English required
Ukrainian, Russian desirable
Proposed conditions:
Employed with a Fixed-Term Contract
Minimum Duration of commitment : 3 months.
Starting date : ASAP
Monthly gross income: from 1 980 up to 2 310 Euros depending on the experience in International Solidarity + 50 Euros per semester .
Cost covered: Round-trip transportation to and from home / mission, visas, vaccines…
Insurance including medical coverage and complementary healthcare, 24/24 assistance and repatriation
Housing in collective accommodation
Daily living expense (« Per diem »)
Break policy : 5 working days at 3 and 9 months + break allowance
Paid leave policy : 5 weeks of paid leaves per year + return ticket every 6 months
