Job Description:

We seek a security professional. The successful candidate will implement company policy, procedures, processes and programs for the purpose of safeguarding people, the environment, property and information ensuring compliance with all related Company and Statutory requirements.

The candidate will be able to consult,advise and supply technical expertise to assess risk. The successful candidate will be able to provide guidance and solve problems related to company information security, industrial security, investigations export compliance, emergency disaster preparedness, crisis management, computing security and other special projects including security coordination and support of regional air shows and exhibitions.

He or she will be able to develop office and residential security plans, interface with alarm vendors, conduct pre-event advance visits, accompany traveling principles and create detailed after-action reports. The candidate will assist in coordinating executive protection services in SE Asia to identified executive personnel within the company and distinguished visitors.

The successful candidate must be able to develop a strong working relationship with local, national and international law enforcement agencies. The candidate should be able to perform additional duties as directed by S&FP management; which could include conduct of corporate investigations related to compromise of sensitive data, fraud, workplace violence, or any other violation of company policies by employees.

The candidate will be flexible as the duties and responsibilities are subject to change per management requirements.

Skills and Knowledge
• An astute understanding and knowledge of the practices and principles associated with risk analysis and assessment. This would include the development of robust risk management programs for a range of business related issues that impact on an organization's strategic and operational-level crisis and security management capability.

• Experience: The candidate will have held a responsible position, preferably within a law enforcement or government agency in the region, and / or as a professional security practitioner with commercial experience for a minimum of 8-10 years.

• Personal Skills: The candidate must possess a strong ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior management, business clients, colleagues and external parties.

• Knowledge: The candidate must possess a sound knowledge of security risk assessment and management, executive protection, crisis management, business continuity, risk evaluations, loss prevention, security training, fiscal management and asset protection. The successful candidate will possess information protection skills and a working knowledge of data protection practices in the international community along with proficiency with technology and IT devices, operations and standards that impact information protection.

The position will be located in our Singapore Office, however the person will have responsibilities for other SE Asian countries where the company operates and has business interests, to include Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Brunei, Vietnam, Myanmar; and elsewhere in the Asia Pacific region, if required.

Must be able to develop an established network of industry contacts and the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships for the purpose of achievement of business development goals.

Must demonstrate the ability to assess and conduct international office site surveys and assessment and be able to document the findings in a clear and concise reporting format.

Must possess a high degree of multicultural awareness, with a comprehensive knowledge of the political, security and social issues associated with operating in often challenging or volatile risk environments or situations.

Must possess information protection skills and a working knowledge of data protection practices in the international community.

The duties and responsibilities are subject to change per management requirements.

The successful candidate must have the ability to orally present and communicate results to senior international company management.

This requisition is for an international, locally hired position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not on Boeing US-based payroll. All relocation packages / allowances is approved on a case by case basis, subject to the approval of the management.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience

Relevant experience preferably in a Security Risk Management. The successful candidate will have a multi-disciplinary background with a high level of skills and ability.
