Job description

The Security Manager is responsible for the security and safety of company personnel and assets related to the company’s operations in Mexico.

Additionally, is responsible for identifying vulnerabilities and developing and supporting physical security strategies to mitigate risk for all business segments.

Responsibilities:
Implement and deliver security and safety services by assessing risk to company operations, planning, implementing and evaluating the Security, Safety and Crisis Management functions.
Implement appropriate physical security standards to support the overall Company security program strategy and policies.
Conduct, train and manage executive protection programs within the country and provide protection for visiting personnel as required.
Manage and update as necessary, electronic security systems currently installed.
Manage investigations of security incidents impacting various lines of business.
Conduct security assessments of key company locations working closely with business unit leadership and global security partners to identify a comprehensive security plan inclusive of employee training/awareness, guard force operations, access control, executive protection, and security technology.
Accomplish department objectives by establishing action plans, obtaining and allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
Work closely with company services on construction and real estate projects, providing appropriate security recommendations and support.

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience:
At least 4 - 6 years of experience as security manager or similar positions.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree.
English Language 100% is a must.
