Job Description

**This position is contingent upon contract award**

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Counterintelligence (CI) Operations Planner to conduct the full spectrum of counterintelligence planning, including briefings and debriefings. The CI Operations Planner must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the intelligence cycle and architecture including planning, collection, research, analysis and production.

Essential Job Duties:
• Develop and coordinate CI support to operations and exercises
• Provide professional advice and recommendations regarding CI support to research and technology protection
• Assess and identify alternative approaches for CI support to force protection including participation in vulnerability assessments and surveillance detection
• Provide guidance and technical support to surveillance tactics, CI operations, tradecraft, CI counterespionage (CE) investigations, and the employment of special investigative techniques
• Develop, revise, and conduct training programs at various skill levels to support military training, doctrine development, and real-world conflict scenarios
• Assess, review, and revise training requirements to ensure unit operational readiness for current and future operations
• Participate in role-playing practical exercises and serve as an operational mentor
• Represent intelligence staff at mission-planning conferences, and remains current and knowledgeable of CI intelligence structure and architecture
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor


Minimum Requirements

• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Master's degree in a related field and eight years of directly related military experience
OR
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and ten years of directly related military experience
OR
• Fifteen years of directly related military experience, including appropriate military and civilian training in the CI analysis field years of specialized intelligence experience



Additional Information
Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate of the Counterintelligence Force Protection Source Operations Course (CFSO), Field Training Course (FTC), Military Operations Training Course (MOTC), or Advanced Counterintelligence Training Course
• Relevant experience will be weighed heavily

Work Environment:

• Working conditions are normal for an office environment
• May require ability to lift and/or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs
