SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Counterintelligence (CI) /Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analyst to analyze data pertinent to counter-terrorism, subversion, sabotage, espionage, paramilitary/insurgency, organized crime and threats to force protection, and personnel and physical infrastructure security. The CI/HUMINT Analyst must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to work effectively as a member of a team.

Essential Job Duties:
• Produce reports, studies and briefings
• Maintains CI databases and systems including ASAS-Light and CHAMS
• Analyze, review, and integrate intelligence data received from sources including CI/HUMINT teams, national-level HUMINT platforms, locally-employed personnel (LEP), host-nation CI elements, and other resources
• Utilize multiple intelligence disciplines to support HUMINT reporting
• Assist with technical control of the tactical HUMINT teams (THT) CI team with CI issues
• Ensure that the HUMINT collection focus is updated and routed for authorization prior to publication
• Perform quality control of CI/HUMINT reports before release
• Serve as subject-matter expert (SME) on HUMINT/CI-related issues
• Perform link analysis and maintains all-source intelligence database integrity
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Requirements
• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Master's degree in a related field and three years of specialized intelligence experience
OR
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and six years of specialized intelligence experience
OR
• Ten years of specialized intelligence experience
• Thorough understanding of the intelligence cycle and architecture to include planning, collection, research, analysis, and production
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access


Additional Information
Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a battalion or brigade-level intelligence staff officer or non-commissioned officer (35D, 96B), CI/HUMINT officer, or NCO (35E, 97B, or 97E)

Work Environment:
• Ability to lift and/or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs
• Work environment is often stressful and detail-oriented
