IMMEDIATE POSITIONS AVAILABLE- Applicants required to possess active Secret security clearance and a valid US passport.
MUST undergo and pass a background investigation, oral & written skills language examination, medical examination, & counterintelligence screening as conditions of employment.
Provide operational contract linguist support to US Army operations in various locations worldwide; general linguistic support for military operations; interpret during interviews, meetings, conferences; interpret/translate written & spoken communications. Transcribe verbal communications, perform document exploitation; scan, research, analyze foreign language documents for key information.
Translate & review foreign language documents.
Identify/extract info components meeting military requirement list criteria; provide input to reports.
Requirements include 12-hour shifts & more than 60-hour work weeks to assure 24/7 continuous operations support.
Worldwide deployment as missions dictate.
MUST have excellent command of Arabic Levantine or Arabic Gulf Dialect & Kurdish, as well as strong verbal & written American English skills (grammar, vocabulary, idioms, and spelling).
