Centerra Integrated Services is searching for a Security Supervisor for our contract location in US Naval Base Juffair, Kingdom of Bahrain.

Summary:
Provides overall supervision of all security personnel required for daily security operations within the Centerra Group LLC BOS Contract.

Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES including the following (as well as other duties that may be assigned):
Supervise and evaluate the performance of employees performing contracted services in designated Areas of Responsibility of the Commander U.S. Navy Region Southwest Asia.
Meet and coordinate with Government/Senior Naval Security Force Management on classified threat information, security force procedures and other matters relevant to the performance of guard services to counter threats.
Communicate threat information in an unclassified manner to ensure guards understand anticipated methods of terrorist attack in relation to the performance of guard services.
Provide on-site supervision of employees at all times that posts are manned, ensuring each post is manned as required, employees are properly uniformed and present a neat appearance. Ensures that each employees is familiar with their post and duties.
Ensures a guard-mount is conducted at the start of each shift during which relief personnel shall be assembled for inspection, announcements, and general transfer of information from one shift to the next.
Manage the total work effort to ensure quality and timely output of guard services.
Manage planning, scheduling, report preparation and establish and maintain records, and quality control.
Provide staff with necessary work management expertise to assure the performance of the work is met per contract standards.
Maintain a month work schedule that shall indicate the specific hours of the day each post will be manned, including the number of personnel per post.


Requirements:
Must be an American Citizen with at least 10 years of security supervisory experience.
Possess a valid U.S. secret clearance or able to obtain one.
Be familiar with U.S. Naval procedures and terminology, and requirements associated with anti-terrorism and force protection programs and operational methods and requirements.

Qualifications
Certified Expandable Baton Instructor
Certified Un-armed Self Defence Instructor
American Heart Association Certified First Aid/CPR Instructor

Work Environment:
Normal work hours are 0700 to 1600, Saturday through Thursday. However dependent on the day’s events, you will be required additional hours/days at no addition compensation. U. S. Supervisor are required to be available/subject to recall 24/7.
