Security Service Development Manager

Location: Thailand

Responsibilities:-
Protection Service Quality Improvement:

Create efficient and cost-effective Protection Plansfor stores to ensure safe environment and shopping experience
Consistently improve security service

Threat/ Risk Management:
Highlight potential threats and risksbefore they become serious issues, using reliable and accurate data
Provide excellent insight into current threats and issues
Aanalyse crime trends in the country and identify any risks to customers, staff and property
Develop relationships and networks with other businesses to understand the broader risks within the retail environment
Support major investigations through the analysis of data and reports
Liaise with Group Loss Prevention and Security to share information on specific crime trends or risks

Monitor contract security guard and provide analysis on their effectiveness and performance against agreed KPI
Monitor performance of security controls and provide feedback
Gather intelligence to highlight areas of risk to help reduce or minimize financial loss
Identify opportunities for cost reduction through the analysis of security controls, reporting on successes and failures
Deliver cost center budget and feedback to my manager ways of reducing costs
Work with law enforcement agencies to share information on key issues and trends
Educate and engage staff and suppliers on our Community Plan

Qualifications:-

Bachelor Degree or higher in any related fields
3-5 years’ experience in Loss Prevention, data analysis or security management
Good communication, problem solving, analytical and cross-group collaboration skills
Customer-focused, driven, committed and highly accountable
Ability to prioritize, track and manage a large number of divergent tasks and take action
