We are looking for: A Security Advisor
Country:SIERRA LEONE, based in Freetown with travel to all bases
Taking into account its experience in and its presence in the communities, ACF play a role in the following fields: sensitization of the communities, contact tracking and provision of appropriate hygiene measures, food aid and mental health and care practices.

Length of contract: 2 months, starting as soon as possible
The position: Under the supervision of the Regional Operational Director, you will have to support the mission in updating its security and safety management system and training the employees.
More precisely, your missions will be:
Evaluate the risks and the security management system on the mission
Understand programs and security needs
Propose new or updated measures to mitigate the identified risks
Design, implement and monitor a security and safety action plan to mitigate risks
Develop and update and implement security management tools
o Updating the mission security plan including Ebola contingency plan
o Implement the security management documents working with the pertinent departments
o Develop an organization and skills for the management of critical incidents
· Train and make ACF staff aware of security environment, procedures and rules
o Brief and train on the security management tools within the mission
o Build awareness and capacity of both international and national personnel in terms of personal safety and security
o Brief and debrief every ACF staff on security matters
The applicant: You hold a first degree in Business Administration, or Supply Chain management, or Public Administration.
You have at least 2 years of experience in program in NGOs. You have a proven experience in technical collaboration with government, NGOs and UN. Experience in Western Africa is a plus.
You are recognized in evaluating the risks in field missions. You have already set up and developed security management tools.
You have conducted training on security environment, procedures and rules in the past.
You have an expert knowledge of Word, Excel, SMART, SPSS and/or other data analysis software.
Your English (oral and written) is professional.
Status:
Gross monthly salary ranging from €1805 to €2305 depending on relevant experience
Food and hygiene expenses, per diem, transportation costs, collective or individual accommodation, medical insurance
25 days of annual paid leaves and 20 days of rest and recuperation (R&R) per year
Pre departure training, at the HQ in Paris (1 to 2 weeks)
