The Role
A rare opportunity now exists for an experienced specialist to join the National Security & Fraud Control Team, based in NSW. As the Regional Manager – Security & Fraud Control (NSW/ACT), you’ll manage a range of security and fraud related risks and activities
pivotal to protecting the integrity of our product, our trademark and the safety of our people and assets.

You’ll be specifically involved in implementing national strategic security directives, initiatives, investigations, data analysis, policy development, implementation and compliance; security & fraud risk assessment and reporting; and delivering Security & Fraud Awareness Learning & Development Programmes. You’ll be a key player supporting our response to crisis and emergency situations, risks or threats and provide technical advice and guidance surrounding internal and external stakeholders.

With your experience in a similar role within corporate, FMCG production/manufacturing environment or government, you’ll have relevant qualifications and sound networks to key government, community and industry stakeholders. Together with unquestionable attention to detail, you’ll demonstrate:
Practical and effective investigative methods and outcomes
Analytical skill – conducting analysis, generating reports and monitoring data and activity
Security & Fraud Risk management and issue resolution
High level verbal and written communication
Stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
Business Acumen
Time & Project management skills
