Salary: Corporate package in the region of USD 160,000

Job description: 
Seeking a Corporate Security Representative to join the Americas regional security team. Operating out of Sao Paulo, Brazil, the role will achieve the highest level of safety and security for all assets. As an integral member of a fast-paced, dynamic team the successful candidate will be instrumental in contributing to the execution of core goals in the Americas: - Enabling business by mitigating risks to people, risk assessments to business operations, employee safety and security, site security, security systems, crisis and incident management, business continuity facilities and business operations. - Ensuring timely response to incidents to minimize business disruption. - Continued development of the framework, processes and tools to enable the company to ensure business resilience. - Conduct security surveys and inspections of buildings and security installations - Threat and Risk Assessments focused on business operations at the local, city and country level

Candidate profile:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 4-5 years of experience, Master's Degree beneficial - Knowledge of Latin America Market as a general region, especially in Brazil - Prior experience living and working within the region - Language skills: fluency in English, near- fluency in both Spanish and Portuguese - Strong skills in developing relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders - Experience in developing resilience strategies and analysis of physical threats and trends in the Americas, managing travel security programs, particularly in hostile environments and emerging markets - Working knowledge of emergency management, life safety, and physical
security - Experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures - Demonstrated project management and problem-solving skills - Proven experience in budget management and business planning - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral - Availability to travel within the region and to the US as projects mandate - Demonstratedsuccess in managing cross-cultural relationships within a diverse workplace - Ability to assist in increasing the capability and capacity of incident management teams in the region - Ability to conduct threat and risk assessments (TARA) and report appropriate risks and gaps - Proven ability to handle confidential information and excellent judgment
