The Logistics Solutions Operations of the National Security Sector is seeking a Tactical Skills Training SME.
Note: This is a short-term, 24-week position.
The Tactical Skills Subject Matter Expert will be directly responsible for execution of the Training Strategy Development and Training Needs Assessment. Will act as the primary tactical skills expert and will evaluate all curriculum and training execution related to the following FSF skills:
1. Skill-At-Arms (SAA) Training for AK47, G36, MG3, Glock Pistol
2. Live Firing (Field and Collective)
3. Infantry Skills & Drills
4. Patrolling Techniques (Static & Mobile)
5. Engagement, Search & Arrest Techniques
6. Prisoner Handling & Ethics (Human Rights)
7. Facilities Site Protection (Guarding and Escorting)
8. Instructor (Infantry Skills) Training
9. Range (Shooting) Instructor
10. Weapons Maintenance
Typical Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or related field) and 6+ years related experience, or 15+ years of weapons and Infantry or Special Forces training and execution experience.
Experienced platform instructor with capability and experience in curriculum development and course structure and outlines.
Graduate of Government or Military Leadership & Management courses.
15 years’ experience in Government or Military instruction.
Prior Middle East / KSA experience.
