Job Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible to manage security operations. Customers may be diverse including HGST employees, executives, tenants, vendors, alliance partners, visitors, etc.
Operations include, but are not limited to:
Emergency Planning and Business Continuity
Security Education/Awareness and Special Program
Responsible for implementation of security sub-processes as required in HGST Security Manual & applicable HGST corporate instructions.
Responsible to oversee and direct activities of site operations employees and contractors under security organization at designated location(s).
Provides leadership and guidance to staff to ensure business objectives and customer requirements are met.
Frequent interactions with functional management, executives, law enforcement agencies, suppliers, etc.
Coordinates crisis management activities for Sr. Location Executive.
Commands emergency response team and operations for the site.
Provides advice, counsel and education to site management and employees.
Plan and control security budget and spending.
Other job as assigned
Bachelor’s degree or higher in HRM, Political Science, Business Administration or any field
6 - 8 years’ experience in Security organization. Extensive experience in managing and conducting security operations including physical security, investigations, personal protection and crisis management.
Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with government.
Skilled Fire Commander and Advance Fire Fighting
Fluent English communication.
Able to work in Prachinburi
