The Role
As exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Security Manager. In this role, you will manage RedR’s external Security Training portfolio including needs assessment, marketing, budget management as well as quality design and delivery of the training courses. You will also be the main focal point for all security management activities for RedR UK, providing organisational analysis, support, coaching and advice to staff across the UK and international offices. Person Specification
Essential

In depth understanding and experience of managing security within INGO’s at the organisational and country programme level
Experience and understanding of training delivery and methodologies
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and issues
Ability to multi task within the various responsibilities
Effective workload management skills and ability to use initiative to solve problems
Excellent interpersonal and team skills
Strong representation and networking skills
Computer literacy in MS Office
Willingness and ability to undertake potentially extensive (weeks, not months) travel internationally and also travel to often insecure and difficult environments
Desirable
Fluency in another language other than English
