Responsibilities:  
O’Gara Training and Services, LLC is currently seeking full time employee applicants to support the Center for Irregular Warfare Integration Directorate (CIWID) in Quantico, VA. This effort requires Counter Insurgency (COIN) doctrinal experts in the area of Attack the Network (AtN) / Network Engagement (NE).

Experience: 
Candidates must have must have experience in hybrid threats, irregular warfare tactics, and AtN/NE methodologies at the service centric and Joint level. Experience in utilizing research methods to review and provide recommendations for the production and publication of AtN and NE related materials based on the most current Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP). The publications include, but are not limited to, FM 3-24 and JP 3-34 in an effort to integrate the latest AtN/NE TTPs into Marine Corps doctrine, programs, and exercise related materials.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain detailed records. Demonstrate effective communications skills including strong written and oral presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment. Exercise sound judgment in all areas of responsibility. Proficient in the use of personal computers with experience using Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications. Must be creative and have the ability to look at problems from multiple vantage points. Ability to multi-task, prioritizes workload, and successfully handles competing deadlines.

Required Qualifications/Education:
Intermediate level Professional Military Education.
Experience in insurgency, counterinsurgency, Network Engagement principles, and Attack the Network methodologies.
Tactical experience in OIF/OEF as a BN Commander or Senior Level NCO (E7 or above).
Must possess a current SECRET clearance.

National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Analysis experience.

C-IED targeting at the BN and BDE staff levels through TF Paladin level.

Preffered Specilized Education /Experience: 
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred but not required.
Experience in doctrine development.
