Job Introduction:
We are currently looking for a Director – Manned Security Services to join our Security Services Business in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer in Saudi Arabia, you will be joining a team during a period of continual business growth. We employee over 16,000 in Saudi Arabia and turn over 1bn+ SR per year.
The successful applicant would be primarily responsible to work with country’s senior management team to develop and execute strategic business enhancement techniques through improvised service delivery, competent client retention plans, customized marketing programs and streamlining the P&L of the business Unit.
 
Role Responsibility:
  • Plan and direct the organization’s activities to achieve targets and standards for financial and trading performance, service quality, culture and compliance with internal standards and local legislative requirements.
  • Analyse, define and implement strategic business growth mechanisms to improvise the quality of service delivery to clients, retention of clients, acquisition of new business and reinventing the business plan and budget to maximize the profitability.
  • Maintain and develop highly competent organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all internal stake holders, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/ official bodies.
  • Recruit, develop and mentor highly motivated senior and middle level team members with a focus on overall improvisation of Business Unit to maximize the desired performance.
  • Maintain close contact with the workforce through key managers to ensure feedback opportunities, the maintenance of good morale and a high standard of staff integrity and honesty.
 

The Ideal Candidate:
  • 7+ years of experience (4+ years in a management role) preferably within a fast paced service industry performing P&L management, Service delivery, streamlining the business operations, enhancing the business unit’s performance, client retention programs etc.
  • Customer-facing and sales-orientated, allied to strong operational discipline, with responsibility for driving the business in a fresh and innovative direction.
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically. Comfortable in day-to-day operations and willing to "dive deep" when necessary.
  • Must have an excellent command of English language. Arabic language skills would be advantage.
